We will be trying to keep the site current and up to date. It is still in the "refinement phase", maybe always will be. Hopefully you will find it fresh and able to answer questions you have. Information is one of the things we look for, too. The weather is a prime ingredient to our business. From planning pig roasts and catering events to how many brats, steaks, and hamburgers are going to be grilled this weekend. The Specials page will have copies of the newspaper ads we are running currently. There will be on-line specials for those that visit our site.
